Note: DotCX is a subscription service and requires you to be a user of the Epicor ERP application. This service is provided via a Cloud solution managed by Dot Net IT. It requires no software installing on your servers but does require some configuration to be carried out by your IT department or our infrastructure services team to enable it to securely communicate with your environment (This is only required for On Premise installation of Epicor ERP). The oldest version of Epicor ERP we support for this service is 9.05.607.
